Classification and Measurement of Land Cover of Wildfires in Australia Using Remote Sensing

Remote sensing techniques used in many studies for classfying and measuring of wildfires. Satellite Landsat8(OLI) imagery is the presented work. The satellite considered as a near-polar orbit, with high multispectral resolution covering Wollemi National Park Australia. work aims to study measure wildfire natural resources prior throughout fire breakout which occurred Australia year (October, 2019), well analyzing harm resulting from such wildfires their effects on earth environment through recognizing images studied region A discussion methods computing affecred area covered regarding each one classes lessening or limiting quickly-spreading damage. This paper propose 2-phases techniques: training classifying. In phase, number clustering computed by using C# Programming Language feature extracted clustered group stored dataset. classification moments (K-Means) approach RS (Remote Sensing) classified image. results showed 5 distinctive (trees, rivers, bare earth, buildings no trees, trees) it might be indicates that secured via changed pixels regard all classes. Also, experimental indicate an excellent performance recision good classifying result analysis about harms caused fires area.
